Kevin Keim is a peer group facilitator and executive coach with McFarlin Stanford, dedicated to helping service business leaders grow through accountability, operational focus, and team development. He brings 15 years of experience in the green and pest control industries, including over a decade in various roles at Dow and Corteva, and most recently as President of Innovative Pest Control. Kevin led the company through sustained growth and a successful exit in May 2025. Today, he draws on both corporate and entrepreneurial experience to guide owners in building scalable, profitable businesses.

He is an active member of the Texas & National Pest Control Associations and has a degree in Marketing from Kansas State University. Kevin and his family reside in Dallas, TX.
