Participation Waiver and Release 

 

By signing (and taking such other steps below and/or on subsequent screens), you (including your heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives) acknowledge, consent, and agree to the following:  

 

(1) your participation in the Grow Group event (the “Event”) is voluntary. 

 

(2) you assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries (including death), damages, liabilities, and losses, known or unknown (collectively, “Losses”), arising out of or related to your participation in such Event, which also includes, for clarification, any transportation to and from the site of such Event and any goods and services provided in relation to such Event; 

 

(3) you knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive all claims you may have against the Grow Group (including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its and their directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, and agents, and including those individuals who, and entities that, may provide transportation to and from the site of such Event or any goods or services in relation to the Event (collectively, the “Grow Group Parties”)), for any Losses that might result from such participation in such Event; and 

 

(4) you forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue any of the Grow Group Parties for any such Losses, including any liability arising out of the negligence of any of the Grow Group Parties. 

 

By signing, you are agreeing to sign this Participation Waiver and Release electronically, and you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this document.
