Description
Profit does not equal cash, and many landscaping companies find themselves in a situation where they're "paper rich but cash poor." Even profitable companies can struggle to pay their bills. This session explains how to read a cash flow statement by breaking it into three sections: operating activities (your core work cash), investing activities (equipment and assets), and financing activities (loans and distributions). You'll learn how to spot trends, tie cash flow back to your P&L and balance sheet, and understand why operating cash is the real heartbeat of your business. This session will be led by McFarlin Stanford executive coaches Liz Helton and Steven Allie.
