Seth has extensive experience working in Midwest landscapes and has been a member of Team Grunder for over a decade. In his time with the company, he has received four design awards for his projects from state and national organizations. He’s held a role in every functional area of the business in his time at GLC, and today is the company’s president & COO. He oversees the team to ensure they are always delivering on their brand promise of exceeding clients’ expectations every step of the way. What he enjoys most about his job is teaching new skills to team members, developing leaders around him, and creating opportunities for the team to grow and succeed.
